The great king saejong.
As far as he can remember,
He is in his grandfather's kingdom.
Chosun Dynasty. Sounds more of josun.
Smooth s.
A kingdom that his father forced his older brothers to take throne and pass on so he can have himself.
A man who desired power.
You know what the outcome was?
A story of one afternoon,
His grandfather shot an arrow with bow to his father which landed on the poll of where his father ran to hide from arrow.
Scary huh?
The great king saejong ' s days were quite simple. Too simple that even his father had to come and say, do other things than studying.
Basically all he did, was reading books over and over and over and over and over.
So this great king had 2 older brothers.
First one being of course crown prince,
He was an buttheaded ass jack that will only drink and have girls and sons of his father's representators around to have fun!
So his father who was king at the time,
Had enough of this idiot that is spitting in king's face, decrowned him and looked for another one.
And 2nd son being a monk of Buddhism, meaning he cant have child, looks for next target. Ah ha! You studied a lot didn't you?
Lets give it a try.
3rd son, the great king saejong,
Who created mother of current korean letters. Father? 가림토.
So he started studying as crown prince.
What got changed? Nothing much really.
Now he get to listen to his father governing with all the representators as it happens.
So pretty much what he expected answers were coming and going.
So Father said to his son, son... Luke,
I am your father... no not star wars lol
He said, have the crown. Be a king.
So now the great king saejong got the crown.
Still, nothing much different.
What changed? Nothing really.
Except his father watching every move he makes over his shoulder...
A king with Father king alive? Tough luck.
However the great king saejong is known to be so great, that in his time, he developed so many fields of educations.
Including a language.
We get to go into a mind!
Of a person who created a language!
His history is his story.
